Аннотация:
Работа представляет собой полноценную научную статью, подготовленную по стандарту ВАК, на тему «Долговечность кондуитов правого желудочка в процедуре Росса». В исследовании на основе данных 315 пациентов, перенёсших операцию Росса с применением гомографтов, ксенографтов и кондуитов из яремной вены быка (BJV), проведён сравнительный анализ долговечности имплантатов в течение 15-летнего периода наблюдения. В статье представлены кривые Каплана–Мейера, данные по свободе от реинтервенции, гемодинамике и факторам риска. Особое внимание уделено возрасту пациентов и влиянию типа кондуита на вероятность повторных вмешательств. Работа оформлена в строгом соответствии с требованиями научных публикаций: включает структурированную аннотацию, ключевые слова, обоснование актуальности, описание методологии, анализ результатов, обсуждение с выделением клинической значимости и разделом ограничений. Статья сопровождается высококачественным графиком и готова к подаче в профильный медицинский журнал. Основана на западных источниках (JTCVS, 2025).
