Совместное принятие решений в обсуждении статуса реанимации: влияние на выбор DNR и неопределенность решений

Совместное принятие решений (SDM) увеличивает выбор статуса "не реанимировать" (DNR) (50.0% против 37.2%; RR=1.37) и снижает неопределенность решений (DCS: 14.4 против 21.8) при обсуждении статуса реанимации [NEJM, 2025]. Обзор (PubMed, Cochrane Library, Scopus, 2023–2025) анализирует влияние SDM, ограничения и перспективы. SDM повышает информированность и соответствие ценностям, но требует клинических данных.
