Personnel management serves as the backbone of organizational success, wielding immense influence over workforce efficiency, morale, and long-term viability.
A person spends the greater part of life in working conditions. In this case, labor force management takes on a special place since it forms the development possibilities of workers, helps realize them as people, and also makes it possible to resolve numerous questions involved in the adaptation of workers to the external environment. In its turn, the quality of labor force management largely predetermines the organization's success as the latter provides new opportunities for economic growth.
The social and organizational angles were added to the more traditional economic approach in solution of personnel issues. This called for the radical rethinking of basic tenets and overhaul of the existing practice in the field of personnel management.
Personnel management operations take the central position within the corporate governance structure and are considered the key factor of its economic success. Methodologically, the management systems have a firm theoretical apparatus with definable characteristics of effectiveness using specialized indicators and deliver specific procedures and methods, such as certification and experimentation, and others. As well, it includes a multi-view topline analysis of the specifics of the work content of different categories of employees.
The current notion of management is formed because professionalism among workers has increased, a more profound comprehension of the motivational aspects of their behavior has been achieved and their readiness to integrate and be directed towards the objectives placed for an organization is attainable.
A well-oiled personnel strategy cultivates a highly skilled, motivated workforce, yet many enterprises remain shackled by archaic HR models, suboptimal talent deployment, and disengaged employees. Mastering personnel dynamics demands more than routine oversight—it requires precision, adaptability, and strategic foresight[1].
The purpose of the work is to study the topic improvement of personnel management in the organization.
