To achieve the goal, it is necessary to realize the following tasks:
- Examine scientific approaches to the study of migration problems;
- To study the characteristics of Germany and France;
- To study the history of migration policy in France (before 1992), and the history of migration policy in Germany (before 1992);
- Analyze the legislative framework of Germany and France;
- Analyze the practical implementation of migration policy in Germany and France;
- Identify problems and prospects of migration policy in Germany and France;
- Carry out a comparative analysis of migration policy of France and Germany, compare legislation, common and special in the implementation of policy, problems and prospects.
