4. Tough recruiter questions (Senior QA, 10–15 min)
Task:
Answer the questions in English, using QA vocabulary and conditionals where possible.
1. If you are a Senior QA, why do your bug reports still have basic grammar mistakes and unclear steps?
2. When you describe defects, you often avoid using conditionals. Do you actually understand how to structure bug reports in English?
3. If your development team ignores your bug reports, what do you do?
4. If you find a critical bug right before release, but the manager insists on shipping, how do you react?
5. If you had more time on your last project, what would you have tested differently?
6. If your test cases miss an obvious defect and it appears in production, who is responsible?
7. When a developer tells you ‘this is not a bug’, how do you defend your position?
8. If you disagree with the Product Owner about bug severity or priority, what is your next step?
9. If you were leading a small QA team, how would you handle a junior who constantly writes poor bug reports?
10. When you don’t fully understand the requirements, do you still start testing, or what exactly do you do first?
