8. Social Interaction

a) Why is it important to master certain communicative skills? What do you know about individualists/ sociable people /outsiders?

b) Does the interaction differ, depending on the “social community” (family, colleagues, public places, official and authorized institutions)? Support your answer with appropriate examples.

c) Non-verbal communication is one of the important aspects in human interaction. Did you face with the situations when gestures (including mimics and body language) meant much more than words? Tell how it happened.

(вопрос) One of the important credo or life mottos is “Make the road by walking on it”. Do you know its Russian equivalent? Do you agree with the proverb? Why/Why not?

(ответ) – Well, I’ve found the Russian variant «Дорогу осилит идущий». In my opinion, it’s quite obvious: the probability to make progress, be ready to various challenges, overcome some difficulties and, at last, achieve certain goals, is possible due to various attempts, good efforts on your way to profitable results as well as to the desired benefits.
